Design -
We
work with you to design your network around the
requirements of your
business. We ask questions
like, "Where do you see your business in five
years?", to ensure that your network will
keep up with ever-changing network technology.
We do this by implementing technologies such as
Gigabit switching, firewalls, high-speed
routers, VLANs and VPNs. We are able to
custom-tailor your network to handle Internet
messaging, web hosting, database network access
or simple Internet access.
Install -
We begin installation by
pulling the data cables then installing and
configuring the switches, routers and firewalls. Depending on the
size and complexity of the network, this can
take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. During
the installation phase, our highly qualified
install team carefully communicates the project
timeline beforehand so that you can plan for any
outages. After each
installation, we perform a comprehensive
penetration test of the network
from the inside and the Internet to ensure your
new network is secure.
Upgrade -
Is
your network slow? Do your users
constantly complain? Is your wiring closet
a disaster? Don't worry! We start the process
with an onsite network evaluation where we test
for things like bandwidth, wiring problems and
interview users. Next, we propose a design
to fix the problems or install faster equipment. But that's not
all. After we're finished we perform a
comprehensive penetration security test from the
inside and out to make sure you're network is
secure.
Maintenance
- Everything is running great, but you have a
business to run! This is where Qualatech
comes in. Our network maintenance
contracts allow you to forget about the
day-to-day management of your network and rest
easy knowing it is in good hands. We
monitor every network using BigBrother and
Windows 2003 monitoring tools. If your
network is running Windows 2000 servers and
Windows XP Professional clients, we are also able to
do remote network support. This makes us
more responsive and allows us to fix most
problems over the phone. |
